Pros
You get a good amount of freedom, not overburdened by too many meetings/interruptions. You are able to solve you problems and work how you would like for the most part.
Cons
In general I did not see so much of a future at the company. There was not as much room for advancement that I would have liked. That may be a good deal due to the small town.
