Pros
The main team are great people, creative full of ideas and the most warm bunch of people I've ever had the pleasure or working with.
If you do work here, and you feel like you are being spoken to incorrectly or something isn't right - speak to them! The team will understand, you are not on your own.
Cons
Staff are expected to be robots. Their ideal candidate would be someone who doesn't speak, definitely doesn't laugh, shows up and hour early and leaves an hour late.
Staff get no respect (in my experience this is especially the case with women you are not taken seriously) you will feel like a worker bee just there to make someone else successful.
You will never be made to feel like part of the business, no matter how many years hard work you put in.
No benefits to working here.
The owners best friend (40 year old man) will most likely try to intimidate you and if you report it, you could be told to 'bite your tongue'. He has had many formal complains by multiple people but no action has been taken.
Talking is actively discouraged.
You will be underpaid and expected to work above your wage.
No HR in the UK.
Culture and values are none existent.
The list could go on unfortunately...
