Pros

Flexible working schedules (apart from roadshow duties), friendly co-workers who are willing to help each other especially newbies.

Cons

No basic salary - full commission basis. High competition during roadshow, you really need to make an active effort to "snatch" clients. Online leads they provide don't really work from my experience.

Get yearly bonus, seldom OT if you do your work on time. Good colleagues always looking out for each other.

Cons

Bosses there are very micromanage and hot tempered, so becareful. Culture is quite toxic too.
