One of the worst companies - Full Stack Developer Ilsa Interactive Employee Review

This company is one of the worst places I’ve ever worked. They keep hiring new people but never make anyone permanent, even after completing the probation period successfully. Employees are constantly overworked, expected to stay late without appreciation or fair compensation. The management has no sense of professionalism — the language and communication style are extremely disrespectful, and there’s zero regard for employees’ well-being. There’s no proper structure, growth opportunity, or work-life balance. If you value your time, respect, and mental health, I’d strongly advise staying away from this company.
