AVOID - Yard Worker Illingworth Ingham Employee Review

No pros,it's a crap company to work for.

When I worked there a few years back,the canteen facilities looked like they hadn't been upgraded since the 1970s. The toilet facilities were rank and stank like a sewer. Poor wages.Would find a way to sack the labourers just before they had hit the two year mark of employment because then by law employees have more rights.It had a depressing atmosphere.The boss was so tight he wouldn't even pay for the radio licence so we couldn't even listen to the radio to get us through the boring depressing day.

I have worked for Illingworth Ingham for over 18 years and have progressed my role over the years. They are a well run Family business who appreciate there staff and provide full training, and are conscious of staff wellbeing.

No cons to report, most of the staff have worked here for a number of years.
