Pros
* Stable, timely payments; * Full social package including okay-ish vacation compensation, insurance, payments to pension funds, etc. * Company's reputation as a big player in the pulp and paper market * Experience in international trade * Opportunity to upgrade skills and knowledge (but not for everyone) * Especially good for career start
Cons
* Not always competitive salaries and compensations considering the responsibilities pool, esp in regions * Seems like headquarters are taking advantages of local branches * Not the best attitude to its employees: there is no feeling that people are valued (if you do not like something, it is your problem). Only direct managers make situation better sometimes but they have very limited opportunities and budgets. Also, they are those who can make situation even worse * Workload and stress, not always transparent political games * Not the best insurance coverage considering market prices * Very limited opportunities for career development, esp in regions
