There's too many to list. First of all, the compensation on the sales team is terrible. The salary is so low and you're not paid commission whatsoever. You're asked to take on so much responsibility for an entry level position and not compensated for it at all. I realized quickly how much they take advantage of people. The sales team is the only reason this company stays afloat but yet they are the least paid in the whole company. I took on multiple projects outside of my job responsibility and was still told that I wasn't doing enough. When it came time for my quarterly review, I was picked apart so much which made me realize that they try their hardest to find what you're doing wrong so they don't have to promote you. I was doing managerial level work for an entry level job and became extremely burnt out in less than a year. I was so excited to work at a startup company for the great culture and benefits but it is not worth working here at ALL.
