People. They hire amazingly talented and inspiring people who become your family
Cons
The party culture, the cliques, HR department doesn't care about this and doesn't help to make the agency more diverse.
HR have actively fired/made redundant people who do not fit in by looking for reasons to fire without any real evidence or justification.
No respect in other teams/department processes
no clear career progression
force you to take your annual leave during Christmas, instead of having them seperate (you get 4 weeks a year, 2 weeks are for Christmas/new years so really you only get 2 weeks.)
refuse to give annual salary reviews (the salary gap between the low/middle tier and the upper management is ridiculously large) and if you fight hard enough they take forever to process and they refuse to back pay you.
