Pros
How many people can wake up in the morning and want to go to work? How many can say they like working with their bosses? I can! This company is definitely a great company to work for. It's established, stable and has a number of intelligent executives in the company. Each have a bigger vision that they'd like to work towards. I feel like I've finally found a match with my drive and ambition towards a company's goals. I've worked with point solutions before and you can easily become the big koi fish in a small pond. Here, I feel like many of our product offerings really allows each individual to grow and build their career path here. I've entered at a great time where IgnitionOne continues to establish themselves in the marketplace. Being a ''Mar-com'' and ''ad-tech'' hub really hits home with a complete digital solution. So what does all this marketing speak mean? It means that if you really want to grow long term with a company (in SaaS, digital, advertising, marketing) and grow something you believe in-from a variety of departments here, you can really do so! The few executives I've worked with here have given me a great impression. My boss is brilliant, honest and a true gentleman. Instead of worrying about getting thrown under the bus, I can actually focus all my energies on innovating from my position. Isn't that what anyone wants? I like that this place maintains a startup feel but has more structure. You have the flexibility to introduce new ways of doing things while still having the stability of a grounded company.
Cons
It would be nice if we had opportunities to mingle and get to know what others in the big company does. More intra-networking can lead to a bigger picture understanding and make for savvy and informed employees.
