Where do I start?
- This job is a trap for entry level employees. Expect to be overworked, underpaid, and treated terribly from your first day to your last.
- The management is clueless, punishing the hard-working and rewarding the mediocre. I was so far ahead of schedule on my work that they had me assemble IKEA furniture for an entire shift.
- Expect an incredibly high turnover rate. The company was ~20 people when I left and at least 70% of them had been fired, quit, or let go.
- Your voice does NOT matter here. Whether you've got a brilliant idea or you want to improve on your abilities, you will learn nothing that you couldn't easily pick up online or in college.
- The office politics reminds me of a high school. If someone is disliked, group chats will be started to make fun of them. I caught my own manager making fun of my appearance to my coworkers and the most I got was a half-hearted apology.
- The culture is just rotten. Irredeemably rotten. I have no other words to describe how much this company made me doubt myself creatively, professionally, and personally.
