Ignite Social Media

Is this your company?

Pros

The greatest of people, truly. Reasonable hours - fantastic work/life balance. Management is supportive in both mentoring my career as well as problem resolution. They are probably the ONLY agency left that believes it being loyal to it's employees in every way possible. They go to great lengths to make sure everyone who works here know how deeply their hard work is appreciated - from unlimited vacation days, to establishing structured goal-setting, dogs in the office, beer at work, a plethora of snacks, awesome all-agency outings/trips. The healthcare offerings are a dream, as a single person I don't pay any deductibles!

Cons

The clients can be challenging, I'm sure this isn't news to anyone, but an account with abusive clients makes for miserable days for everyone. While I know many people who've previously reviewed this company complain about Sr. Management, my experiences overall have been very positive. I will be honest, there are one maybe two I would like to see make some changes to their managerial approach, but I don't think that's a unique problem to this agency alone. Overall I think management is doing a great job.

Pros

Management and leadership, company culture and compensation, 10s across the board.

Cons

Not even a con, really, but I would love to see a clearer path for professional development and advancement within the company.
