      Pros

      Well, i am of course biased, but i joined Ignite not that long ago and the most amazing "pro" about the company is its people. Ignite manages to attract top talent across all the parts of the company, that are passionate about our mission and inspire each other for success. I feel priviliged to be part of the leadership in the company

      Like all startups, the company still lacks some of the established processes and systems in place, but if one enjoys a bit of chaos - this is the place to be
