Ignite Crown Point has a great team of CNAs and Nurses that work together amazingly. The scheduler works with me so I can have a healthy work/life balance.

Working as a CNA at Ignite Medical Resorts has been a positive experience overall. The rehab setting allows me to build strong clinical skills through hands-on patient care, including mobility assistance, ADLs, and teamwork with therapy staff. The fast-paced but structured environment helps me grow professionally while seeing patients improve and discharge, which is rewarding. It is a good learning environment for developing time management, patient care skills, and preparing for future nursing roles.
