Pros
- Has recently evolved to focus on building products that satisfy key needs in RegTech / FinTech (had a more professional service approach previously) - New team members at multiple levels of the org. to reinforce the work of others - Has a new outlook on product roadmapping (initiated just before I left) - Work life balance is good as you have reasonable flexibility around hours (e.g. were even considering a 4 day week)
Cons
- The startup vibe may not suit everyone (if you're looking for a company with a great deal of structure, this may not be for you) - Could have better synergy between product planning and tech decisions (but I know that this is actively being improved right now)
