      Great place to work and learn new technologies, Agile methodology etc. No hierarchy and flexible timings. One of the best trainings given to freshers.

      Admin and HR needs to be better.

      Pros

      The CEO, managers and employees are super friendly. They help you achieve your goals. I would say the best place for a fresher in Chennai.

      Cons

      There are many small projects, less number of big projects. I don't think it's a big issue. Need to manage your work hours yourself. Otherwise you might end up over working.
