      Extremely strong company in business for over 20 years. Great owners from the area - very flexible with schedules and work - encourage business and personal growth and community involvement - good benefits and wages - very fair and reasonable - great location

      Sincerely, I cannot think of any cons with this company.

      Great company in business since 1997. Owners are very fair and flexible. Large customer base throughout the U.S. Very stable!

      I really have no downsides. I have been here for 16 years.

      When its buys, its busy. Professional work environment. Very flexible supervisor. Owner is very kind to the employees.

      Cons

      Benefits are not "Ideal". Don't expect to cover your entire family with the benefits provided.
