Pros
You really get the opportunity to work on amazing clients and even some odd ones too. You’re constantly encouraged to generate new concepts and try new things. The team is encouraged to “practice their craft” and add value beyond just your job tittle. If you choose to you can try your hand in a lot of different areas from creating content to strategy. The best part of Idea Booth is the people you work with. I still keep in touch with most of those I worked with while I was there. A real genuine feeling of being on a team. In all honestly I appreciate it so much more now then I did while I was there.
Cons
You have to be motivated and want to be there. Like most creative companies it can be chaotic at times. Even though I mentioned how much I enjoyed the people their were a couple of debbie downers that kill the vibe. More a function of them not the company.
