Good people and a good product.
Cons
Layoffs, people leaving, and not filling the positions. Everyone is nervous as poor sales every quarter and the thought is potentially acquisition may be the only option.

- Over 2000 customers already and a business that is seeing hyper growth
Cons
- Going through going pains, and need better processes across the board to manage the growth
- Need to invest in growing the brand, now that Idaptive has spun out of Centrify as an independant company
- Need to retain key people
