I like the pace of work here because it pushes me to learn more and level up my skills. I got to work with smart colleagues from different backgrounds like consulting, finance, and creative agencies, which makes the day-to-day job interesting. Working here has exposed me to larger digital projects than I handled in my previous analyst jobs. I expected another fast-paced environment where daily chaos is the norm, but the pace is quite manageable and things are pretty well organized. I also appreciate that employees are trusted to handle their responsibilities without constantly being monitored.
