Pros

A few coworkers tried to support each other, which was the only thing that kept me sane.

Cons

* I was promised meaningful strategy work but was reduced to churning out endless, pointless revisions. * Priorities shifted constantly depending on who shouted the loudest, leaving real strategy abandoned. * Countless hours were wasted on projects that were scrapped without explanation * The work had no real impact, just rushed output for the sake of appearances * Vision was nonexistent, making the entire experience exhausting and soul-crushing. * The company drained talent instead of using it, leaving employees frustrated and demoralized.

Pros

They had plenty of interesting projects. I was a part of a couple of them in the first few months.

Cons

In my opinion, the people at the top usually set the tone and impact the workplace culture. Those people were awful here. The unethical and terrible leaders set poor deadlines in projects without consulting anyone because "they were always right." It created many challenges for honest employees like me who wanted to do their best but couldn't due to the horrible pressure. Each day was full of stress, each day was miserable, and each day I thought of quitting. I finally took the essential step when there was no other choice. The only way to stay away from scary and overlapping deadlines is by quitting. Your logical reasoning and pleas will be unheard here. Please avoid hoping for changes that will never come true.
