Pros

remote office work is possible

Cons

Worst company to work for while sales will typically not stay much longer than 12 month – verify this in LinkedIn. Toxic culture, marred by a lack of transparency, unfair compensation practices and unprofessional executive team. FORTE is just for name’s sake which is not embraced by Leadership or Managers - just a marketing trick, no Fairness or Respect at all. Don’t get caught by the existing customer list – “old names” which tend to leave, ask for the latest addition over the last 3 years in order to get the real picture.

Pros

My journey with Icertis has been nothing short of extraordinary. I left the company and returned after gaining an even deeper appreciation for the incredible people, vibrant corporate culture, and promising market opportunities. I continue to witness Icertis transform from an early-stage startup to a more mature, global market leader.

Cons

The work environment can be fast-paced and demanding, but I've seen similar expectations in other high-tech companies like Microsoft, Salesforce, SAP and multiple Services providers.

Pros

There are very few pros to working for Icertis. They used to offer free lunch in the offices but that has discontinued.

Cons

Beware of any company that talks about their values. In the case of Icertis, they say its FORTE: Fairness, Openness, Respect, Teamwork, and who knows what that last one is. I can’t even recall because fairness / openness / teamwork / respect are NOT part of the real experience of working here. Icertis isn’t a train that’s going off the rails. It’s a train that went off the rails, fell into a river, and claimed it’s been a submarine this whole time. There is no driver; EVERYONE says they’re steering. There is no direction; EVERYTHING is what we are doing. The whole experience here has soured me on tech. The management, the executives, the dark cloud that hangs over the place. You look around and you see that nobody is happy.
