The people there are fantastic. I had the chance to meet a diverse group of individuals from different countries and backgrounds, and I really enjoyed working with them during my time at IDL. They’re professional, and the work produced is of very high quality.

Senior management is a major issue—and I could probably stop there, as most other comments say the same. They lack the organizational and interpersonal skills needed to effectively lead the company. Bringing in a strong COO could make a huge difference and help the company reach its true potential. As it stands, things are disorganized, and the poor (or sometimes nonexistent) communication often creates tension and division among team members.

Senior leadership's always booked, so feedback barely happens. Line managers need a more polished and strategic approach.
