      Pros

      Wonderful management that cares about it's employees. Great health insurance benefits. Flexible home time. Trucks governed at reasonable speeds.

      Cons

      Equipment is mostly prior mega carrier trucks that they bought. Barebones features and high mileage equipment but management bought me a new seat which was super nice of them.
