Pros
- there is genuine level of care from leadership of their staff, and genuine care from all staff for the clients - work-from-home, flexible hours - no micro-managing - no BS quotas or PIPs.. the philosophy is to serve clients well, guide/consult, but do not sell a solution or service just for personal/company gain - fair benefits and flexible compensation packages
Cons
- very autonomous environment, may not suit people that want more guidance or frequent collaboration
