Staff is very friendly, people are able to come to work and truly be themselves. Understanding and reasonable time off policy and helpful management. Management/Ownership is very good at listening to employee feedback.

Nothing major, maybe having more office space or better floor plan to enhance collaboration across departments.
Amazing work culture. Ownership provides the resources and confidence to the team so they can flourish in their role. The team is always willing to help, no matter if the situation involves their department or not. We are scaling growth over the next 5-10 years.

Would be great if we could all be in one building instead of three. Maybe that changes in the near future...
