Nothing at all, low salaries, poor training, lack of promotion, team leaders are horrible not even have compasión for grievance,
Cons
everything is chaotic not even right supplies to keep centre to the standard, the amount of complaints because they take ages to fix something is outrageous not even consider disable people nothing work fine, even toilets is a nightmare in all centres they have at least 2 toilets block, they don’t invest in health and safety
