Pros
When company in profits, the benefits are definitely passed on to the employees. In most cases the pay comprises of only fixed and no variable components. Employees working outside of Chennai have an advantage of working remotely entirely.
Cons
Mismanagement of financials by the higher management which ultimately lead to inconsistencies in employee salary payouts. Stagnation of growth especially in few skill areas and lack of opportunities.
