Pros
Few empathetic team members & team leaders / project managers - but that too in Mumbai office only Nothing else seemed good in my tenure - writing this only to help anyone who will care for their career and health alike.
Cons
Almost everything is bad. There is no process - everything is ad hoc. Even work which has time is badly managed by its Chennai managers. They know nothing about technology or management either. They hire developers and make them work on queries or some configurations (which are not properly documented) because real development work is done by Chennai product team people who keep knowledge and code to themselves. Instead of guiding and supporting project teams, everyone in product team from technical leads to managers blame everything on project team developers and its technical leads. Rude management who glorify people sitting late hours till midnights and weekends. Not a good place to stay for long unless you are from Chennai or can work all weekdays and holidays for 12 to 14 hours daily without any good increments or recognitions.
