      Pros

      IVY felt like home, ocean for growth- this is incase you are interested in day in and out growth. The colleagues are very friendly and helpful. Work life balance was good for me, it also depends on project.

      Cons

      Very bad in terms of monetary ( salary or benefits) -- no growth in terms of this area. No value for a good resource Poor management HR Team really needs to scale up ( absolutely no help from this team)

      Pros

      Good Company to work for, great learning capabilities. Fast growing, and ambitious management

      Cons

      Politics !!! Politics !!! Politics. Unless and untill you have it in you to fight politics, it doesn't really matter if you are really good, you can never grow. Usual problems of a growing company, no structure. Ever changing goal post.
