Pros
One of the nice companies to work for. Good benefits, very nice colleague, Even during tough times seen few people stand out and does excellent. Also see some old timers who are with same company for very long time same 10 to 15 years. which in today IT field is never heard off. Salary are paid on time after the tough times. Also see good growth potential for freshers and experienced people.
Cons
One major down side, have to put the extra miles when its need for the project which is quite need in IT world
