IUGO has high standards when it comes to those we hire, and we rely on our recruitment process to determine the skill level of that individual. Should an individual get hired, and consistently exceed our expectations, IUGO is not shy at recognizing strong performers. Currently IUGO develops Free to Play mobile games, where monetization techniques are frequently used. If you wish to develop a game in a different style, then this may not be the best choice in studio.
