      Competitive Salary, Opportunity to work on diverse projects, Collaborative team environment initially

      Lack of organizational structure: Despite their claims of valuing honor, there is no clear understanding or application of this principle within the company. Poor management: There is a constant mistreatment from those in charge, which significantly affects productivity and morale. Unfair treatment: I was let go after delivering three complete platforms because the company does not tolerate illness or any decrease in productivity, regardless of the circumstances.
