      Pros

      Great family owned business where employees are not just a number but are respected and valued. Teamwork is strongly encouraged and employees feel they are a part of the overall success of the company.

      Cons

      I struggle to come up with any cons to working there, I have worked there for many years and still find it rewarding.

      Pros

      The people here are amazing; everyone is so kind and understanding, which is helping me grow as a graphic designer and an employee in general. I am also learning a lot of things about different marketing processes and such, and it has been a very smooth process; I feel like I'm making an impact.

      Cons

      Some of the programs/processes used for marketing are a little outdated, but we are working to update and improve them, so this won't be a con for long!
