Poor leadership - Network Engineer ITSource Employee Review

Very fast paced, up to date with all the new technology gadgets. Company is agile and able to move with the market trends pretty quickly. Company has a lot of capital to help facilitate its growing demands.

Sometimes stressful to meet certain deadlines. Sometimes unorganized because of the fast paced environment.

The only claim they have is to making the INC 500.

They have infringed against several labor laws and have faced dozens of claims ranging from unlawful termination to negligence of paid wages. No direct deposit either. I've received late paychecks on more occasions that I can remember. Some employees haven't been paid in over a month and they've let go of people without handing a final paycheck in over a YEAR. All while the CEO drives in with a new Bugatti while being chauffeured in a Maybach, The team here consists of mediocre talent that follows the commands of a washed up tyrant with archaic technological prowess. There is no focus. There are several subsidiaries under ITS that are all failing and some exist with no purpose other than to claim business tax breaks. There is no culture, or morale within the team. Everyone dreads coming into work and it's a sad place to be. Avoid this place like the plague.
