Company has a lot of capital under the parent company IT SOURCE CORP, that covers the costs for their growing subsidiary brands - emajee, 360 Jets, unlimited merchants, etc.
Cons
CEO is hands on and erratic and is surrounded by 'yes' men, other decision makers are his close friends and are untouchable, unrealistic expectations, growing pains on all administrative levels, they only take 4 holidays off a year, security and resources makes it difficult to be productive, company has a reputation for refusing to pay vendors or pay on time.
