Completely remote. Good workers association. Friendly coworkers for the most part.

Slow and undetermined processes. Short term vision from upper management. Bad pay, under the minimum required by law for jobs that require a degree. 48 hour work week, and you might have to do unpaid extras. No much room to grow. Poor communication at times.

As you need to be involved in various areas among sales, RRHH, projects and so on, there are a lot of things to learn every day. Your colleagues are friendly and bosses treat you with respect. There is a lot of flexibility and you can work without someone breathing down your neck.

Some times you are showed under with work and you need to work during your time off. However nowadays it looks normal depending of the role you have in the organisation.
