      Fast-paced, lots of opportunities for development and gaining skills on projects.

      Cons

      Productions are usually produced on a very rapid turnaround, but this does mean the junior staff can often get the chance to gain more experience across projects.

      None at all, this is not a place to work.

      Cons

      Bullying, racism, classism & those that perpetuate this are supported so no support for you who has plucked up the courage to finally make a report. Often, these issues stem from insecurity of "legacy staff" who are insecure about difference & of those who come in & are not part of the system established there; oftentimes spearheaded by the women who rally others.
