Pros
- The co-workers in the office were the company's best asset. Though almost everyone who worked at the company when I was first hired, left during my time with the company.
Cons
- horrible management. The management team based in NY micromanaged the team in MN. I remember one conversation with management about how overworked the team was, how the deadlines they promised clients could not be met, and the manager asked "well, what do you want? a pizza party?" - this company wants robots. Any push-back from employees attempting to give feedback was met with anger from management. - clear favorites within the company. Some people could get away with non-work talk in the office for 30+ minutes, others would be harshly reprimanded for a 30 second non-work conversation - management does not want you to discuss your salary with ANYONE. Oh, and you will be paid less than the new employees you are training in.
