You'll be asked to trial for just above minimum wage with no idea of what you might be offered. They will then offer below any other employers in the area once you've been there long enough to get settled. Very unethical treatment by middle management wanting me tograss on staff members who asked about my previous role (as they wanted to apply). They had to cut shifts down from 3 to 2, and finally to 1 shift as all the CNC setters have left. £12.75 PH for Operator/Setter is far below any other Engineering firm in the area.
