Great Work life balance, and schedule.

The only con is low generation of cash

In downtown with own parking lot...so free parking. Some flexibility for personal runs. Holiday show..it's your christmas bonus and work at the same time..meh.

Pay is low, no moving up even though he promises it. Micro manages everything you do. No staff to help with all the work. Makes you do several job positions because he is such a small company trying to be big. No break room. Very small office. No windows..it's like a prison. No health benefits. Labor intensive from time to time when inventory comes in.
