Communication is personal They try their best to find you a job and keep you happy within their means. Unlike other consulting houses that have complex benefits that end up making it terrible for an employee to even be safe with unemployment or if a partner needs to be on maternity, you have a good earning to fall onto the IEFP Portugal system without looking almost everything into meaningless benefits like other consulting houses! ITDS def beats them!
Cons
Not too involved with internal activities within the ITDS business. There's a difference between the Poland, Netherlands, Porto and Lisbon branch's that I would say they need to spoil some consultants with options to go to Poland, network, assist growing a base with not only earning 100% commission without investing in consultants with more than the basic benefits.
