There is not having any pros. If you are not getting any job and you don't want any salary or experience letter or any knowledge, then only join this company.

Really a worst company. Not having any ethics. Not a professional people to work with. They delay payment for 2-3 months or more as they wish. NO company leaving policy. If you want to leave then forgot all the pending salaries of 3-4months(or can be more). If they wish, then only you will get documentation. Otherwise forget about experience letter and all after leaving company even after serving notice period of 3 months. It is a startup, but no any other startup is worst like this.
