      Pros

      Lots of new changes. Some new partners that were internal employees. ITAC bought back all outside stock from outside investors and got existing employees in. Pretty cool.

      Just lots of changes, but all good. Change is good.

      Do not believe the recruiters words telling you 6mo to full hire.
