      Gives the employees the opportunity grow within a small company environment. Encourages high performance. Friendly but results driven management.

      Cons

      Smallish company ~100 staff Office location is a bit remote.

      Pros

      great work-life balance, no rigid time structure, as long as you get work done well is what company cares, lots of people come back if leave for another employer

      Cons

      no feedback from manager on how well you're doing or what directions things are moving unless there is a meeting that takes place once a year
