Cons
Very micro-managed, poor salaries compared with competitors, unhappy environment, bad market mapping, expected to work well above your contracted hours even though you may not see any financial or personal gain.
Don't follow their own values at all. You will only go far in the terms of promotions etc if you worship the senior team and its business strategy (which isn't very good) you will be put on a market that has had next to no attention put into it other than the fact a competitor might have done one or two deals on it.
Core values clearly state all over the website 'Culture, Passion, People etc etc ... it is an outbound telesales company, no consultative approach just dial, dial, dial, dial, pull leads, leads, leads and dial, dial, dial some more. No real push on meeting candidates and clients although they claim to be a "people" orientated company.
The biggest issue in the whole business is how much the staff (now robots) have lost confidence in the companies decisions.
The corridors also usually smell funny due to not being cleaned.
