Pros
- Working with a team of very skilled IT pros - If you're passionate about IT, then the MSP approach is great - Small team, cozy office - Ability to learn from the CEO on certain marketing initiatives and how it influenced the business to leverage that same strategy. Acquired some really great new skillsets here. - The team was so helpful and such a great resource to someone new to the IT field, since my experience came from a different background
Cons
The main leader of the organization was difficult to work with and unfortunately very condescending. Brilliant guy, but I was treated differently than my male colleagues and disrespected publicly in front of my team. This ultimately pushed me to leave. Culture & leadership needs some work. Which one can only assume may have enhanced a bit since my departure years ago, fingers crossed.
