      The company is going through a youth movement- a lot of positive change. People care about the product and are passionate about what they do.

      Cons

      Compensation could be more competitive. Lack of corporate infrastructure can be confusing at times.

      Pros

      I prefer small companies and IT Retail is exactly that. Less red tape, quick to make decisions, and much easier to get things done. Everyone wears multiple hats providing an excellent opportunity to enjoy the day always growing and experiencing all that the business has to offer.

      Cons

      Can be challenging for anyone who enjoys a structured well defined work environment. If so working here would likely not be the job for you :)
