Terrible company to work - IT Help Desk Support IT Resource Employee Review

Terrible Manager, she is very unprofessional and can be rude at times. I think she has something personal going on and it reflects on her attitude at work. She gossips with the CSR team all day. Lack of quality when it comes to training. Its sink or swim. We were promised by the management that we will get to job shadow other engineers that never happened. Also made unprofessional remarks about another male coworker on their looks.
