      Workload can increase during tight deadlines, but team is cooperative. Some internal processes can be streamlined further for faster execution.

      Give chance to freshers and using them After completing bond if the employee is works hard and good to manager like chatu employee then ok else terminate based on unnecessary reason and not the technical one also they didn't provide any technical feedback before ghosting or terminating you
