1dWe are very proud of the large number of apprenticeships we have provided and the success we have had in helping those colleagues progress into highly valued and senior members of the team.
With apprentices, we purposely focus on training and development and whilst that may, at times, mean workloads are inconsistent, it does allow for the best possible opportunity to develop with confidence and capability.
We do appreciate the positives noted in your review and is a marked contrast to many IT role reviews you will see posted elsewhere, noting how people feel overloaded with work, poorly trained and under supported.
